Chemi holds a BA in Geography and Humanities studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2010). In addition, he completed a Master in Urban Design from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, including a semester in Paris SciencesPo University, focusing on large Metropolis governance.
Chemi joined the urban studio at HQ Architects in 2022, and is involved in several urban renewal and masterplan projects throughout Israel.
Prior to joining HQ Architects, Chemi worked for several years at Moria Architects landscape practice. There, his work included the creation of the Lod city strategic masterplan for open spaces, and several vast urban renewal plans.
Chemi is fluent in Hebrew and English.
