Emilia Souza

Emilia holds a Bachelor's degree on Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Ceará (2017). During her studies, she also completed a student exchange program at Architecture Design and Technology at the University of Salford, Manchester. 

Prior to HQ, she co-founded the ONG Taramela, which focuses on support grassroots movements from the north/northeast of Brazil on their struggles for 'right to the city'. Emilia has also worked for 1 year and half at Mann-Shinar Architects and Planners also focusing on Urban planning projects and also on public and residential buildings. 

In 2020 Emilia joined HQ and has been working on the Urban Planning team and has involved in numerous urban design projects that include Kfar-Saba CBD urban renewal, Tiberias urban

She speak Portuguese and English and has good command of Hebrew.
