Michelle was born and raised in Santiago, Chile and graduated with a Bachelor in Architecture and a minor in Business Administration, CUM LAUDE, from Universdad del Desarrollo (“UDD”), Santiago, Chile (2016). She is also a photographer, and has studied Professional Photography in Technion University, Israel (2019).
Michelle joined HQ Architects and has worked on several intentional and local projects. Currently is working on the construction phase of the 45,000 sq.m new campus at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, as HQ Architects joined Kazuyo Sejima + Ryue Nishizawa / S A N A A to realise the project in Israel.
Prior to joining HQ, Michelle worked for Ranni Ziss Architects in Israel. Also she was for five years an Editor for Archdaily, the leading International Architecture platform (2013-2017).
Michelle is fluent in Spanish, English and speaks Hebrew.
