We are very excited to announce that our recently completed apartment complex, Fein 1 Central in Tel Aviv, has been shortlisted for the The Plan Magazine's 2021 Housing Award.
The new 6,400 m² six-storey building features an inner courtyard – a focal area of the residents' community, suitable for gatherings and socialising. Also, the courtyard allows for large common curvaceous balconies that serve both as pathways and leisure spaces for residents.
