We are very excited to announce that the Fein 1 Central Apartment Complex in Tel Aviv is a winner of the World Design Award 2023 by The Architecture Community, in the Residential Category.
The new 6,400 m² six-storey building features an inner courtyard – a focal area of the residents' community, suitable for gatherings and socialising. Also, the courtyard allows for large common curvaceous balconies that serve both as pathways and leisure spaces for residents.
