

























Located within the Jerusalem Sports Complex, the new Tennis Center upgrades a longstanding community asset by introducing 9,000 sq.m. of modern, year-round indoor facilities, designed to meet international standards.
The two-story complex features six upper-level tennis courts, four of them covered, an unprecedented addition for the city, allowing uninterrupted play in all seasons. Natural ventilation, thoughtfully designed slatted façades, and spectator galleries create an optimal environment for players and audiences alike. The two-story sports facility features six tennis courts on the upper level, four of them covered, which is a first for the city, enabling uninterrupted play throughout all seasons and allowing games and tournaments to be held regardless of weather conditions. The Tennis and Sports Complex features natural ventilation systems to maintain optimal indoor climate conditions for players and spectators alike. The ground floor is dedicated to sports and provides spaces such as a Gym, four Squash courts, Judo facilities, and sports accommodations. It also houses a wide range of supporting amenities, including sports clinics and multi-purpose spaces for athletes, creating a holistic recreational environment suitable for both training and community interaction. The previously enclosed site is now open to the public, removing existing barriers and re-integrating the facility into the surrounding urban context. The new Complex directly faces a future Light Rail station, and incorporates a new commercial front featuring shops and cafes with 1,230 m² of retail space, enhancing street-level activity and ensuring seamless access for the public.
